Founded in July 2023, ABPA VIC is a non-profit organization of small to medium-sized Asian-background companies in construction and property. We promote knowledge sharing, business collaboration, and industry growth.
In our first month, we received 50 member applications, growing to 170 by the end of 2024. With strong community support, we continue to enhance our services and welcome new members. Feel free to reach out!

Our Story
Established in July 2023, ABPA VIC is a non-profit organization primarily composed of small to medium-sized companies with Asian backgrounds in construction and property.
Dedicated to disseminating professional knowledge and information, the association aims to facilitate more effective business collaboration among members. Furthermore, it strives to enhance the community's impact and market share within the market.
Within the first month of its inception, we received 50 applications from outstanding industry companies. Subsequently, while continuing to welcome new members, we have been striving to enhance enhancing our management and service systems. As of the end of 2023, we have amassed over 100 business entities as members.
The community's response to us has been incredibly enthusiastic, with a strong demand for a professional platform. We also welcome any inquiries from you!

With expertise in Architectural Design and Property Valuation, Trista Gu has spent over a decade shaping residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects, successfully delivering 20+ developments. Her deep industry insight and strong stakeholder relationships drive impactful collaborations.
Co-founding ABPA to foster innovation and excellence, Trista values the trust and support of industry partners and the community. She believes in collective effort, uniting talent and resources to elevate industry standards and create lasting value for businesses and communities.
Stella Li
Co-Founder
With an engineering degree and extensive experience in land acquisition and project management, Stella Li specializes in integrating engineering principles to optimize project outcomes. She has led 20+ small to medium-sized projects and contributed to numerous high-rises, gaining deep insight into project lifecycles and risk management.
Recognizing the industry's complexity and challenges, especially information asymmetry, Stella co-founded ABPA to centralize resources and industry connections. Her mission is to foster collaboration and drive collective growth within the sector.
Charlie Xu is a dedicated community leader, His outstanding contributions to the community have earned him the Medal of the Order of Australia. With a solid background in Strata Management and the building industry, Charlie brings extensive experience to ABPA. He plays a crucial role in leading the association's operations, focusing on building strong partnerships with local organizations and government bodies to advance the association's mission.

Felix Wang has extensive experience in the construction and import-export industries. A key contributor to the establishment of ABPA, Felix brings strong networking skills and a strategic mindset. He is committed to sharing ideas with domestic organizations to reduce construction costs and enhance building quality. Additionally, Felix facilitates cooperation between domestic and international traders, promoting mutual benefits within the industry.

Jessica Wang, an expert in land planning and architectural design, is a founding director of a renowned architecture firm. She has organized seminars featuring industry leaders and is committed to fostering diversity by creating communication channels for minority groups.

Lei Hou has extensive on-site experience, is committed to enhancing site safety and improving construction processes. He contributes to ABPA’s growth by offering expertise in labor recruitment, management, and subcontractor operations. Lei will continue supporting training initiatives for association enterprises, promoting industry-wide development.
