2023.07.15 ABPA Pre-Launch Event

Since 2019, the ABPA team has organized numerous knowledge seminars and offline networking events for the real estate and construction industries.   These events have covered various topics such as property project management, engineering structure analysis, building compliance approval, due diligence in land acquisition, interpretation of building contracts, tripartite discussions among developers, architects, and builders, as well as several gatherings for upstream and downstream players in the construction industry.   Since April of this year, the Australian Building and Property Association (ABPA) has been actively engaging with industry founders and professionals to discuss the functionality of the association and the needs of various stakeholders in the industry supply chain, continuously optimizing association strategies with the aim of creating a platform that is valuable and cohesive.

Finally, on July 15th, ABPA will officially open its doors to professionals from the Victorian property and building industries to come together, meet, and exchange ideas, sharing their expectations and visions for our local building association.   These professionals include developers, planners, builders, subcontractors, suppliers, architects, engineers, project managers, and more.   Additionally, the association will announce on-site collaborations with high-quality companies, providing discounted building materials for corporate members and offering free consultation services from top Australian companies for land acquisition.   Furthermore, based on feedback and demand, more cooperative benefits will be introduced to provide greater advantages for our association members.   On that day, the association will offer the biggest annual membership discount.
